CCS Export: new dashboard and email notifications for shipment monitoring
A new export shipment dashboard and an email notification service are now available to help operators monitor the information submitted to the Smart City Export module. These features are part of the ongoing development of the MXP Cargo Ecosystem.
Export dashboard and new interface
The new dashboard provides an overview of the shipments under your responsibility and allows you to quickly check the status of the information available in the system.
Users can:
- check the status of L1 and L2 transmissions and identify any missing or pending information and submission errors;
- access the details of each AWB to check information relating to master and house AWBs, customs, security, transport manifests, and transportation;
- view delegations and operators associated with individual activities;
- search and filter shipments by AWB, status, date range, and other available criteria.
The new interface, available in both Italian and English, makes it easier to review data and identify items requiring attention. Operators remain responsible for ensuring that all required shipment data and documents have been submitted: the dashboard cannot identify additional documents that have never been sent to the system.
Email notifications for individual shipments
For each AWB, users can enable email notifications to receive updates on the status of shipment information.
Notifications can be enabled from the shipment details page by selecting the bell icon. Users can enter up to five recipient email addresses, update them later, or turn off notifications when they are no longer needed.
Access to the dashboard and notifications
The dashboard and notification service can be accessed from the Export module portal using the dedicated button and your existing login credentials.
Alternatively, you can access them directly at: https://app.milanomalpensacargo.com/login.
Dedicated APIs are also available for accessing dashboard data and managing notifications, allowing operators to integrate these features into their business systems.
