Cargo City North: New Access and Parking Procedures Effective November 1, 2025

Starting November 1, 2025, new access and parking rules will come into effect at Cargo City North.
The main changes concern the removal of the “subscription” parking passes for commercial vehicles and the elimination of the €1.00 parking fee for stays up to 7 hours (Sunday–Thursday) and 10 hours (Friday–Saturday).
Within these time limits, parking will become completely free for vehicles engaged in operational activities within Cargo City.

The measure aims to simplify access procedures and promote a more efficient use of parking areas, improving vehicle turnover and traffic flow within the cargo district.
Over the coming months, the SEA Cargo team will monitor the effectiveness of the measure in order to assess its impact on operations and traffic management.
Please note that this change does not apply to the “operator parking areas”, for which the current rules remain in force.
